All services are online

The service behind every action in CommentWard: fetching comments, sending replies, running rules and agents, and the public API and MCP endpoint. If this is down, new comments stop arriving and nothing can be sent.

The CommentWard web app at app.commentward.com: signing in, the inbox, moderation, automation, settings and billing. If this is down, you cannot open CommentWard, but comments are still collected and handled in the background.

The public commentward.com site: home page, pricing, help center and legal pages. An outage here does not affect the app or your comment handling.

The asset host for logos, uploaded brand images and other static files used by the app and by email notifications. If this is down, pages and emails may load without images, but everything else keeps working.
